EARTHWORK
West-Tech Contracting Inc. began as Engebretsen Contracting in 1973, a specialty contractor with its early focus on underground storage tanks, grading & demolition. Engebretsen Contracting incorporated in 1991 and has since grown into one of the regions most respected earthwork contractors, having successfully completed projects from twenty five thousand to twenty million dollars. To meet the challenges of today’s grading projects, West-Tech owns and maintains an extensive fleet of tier compliant heavy equipment.
While there’s seemingly nothing typical about today’s construction projects, our company is excited and dedicated to take new challenges head on, working in both the private and public sectors. Today our projects include commercial high-rise developments, hospitals, restaurants, multi-acre corporate campuses, shopping centers, industrial complexes, schools and universities. The diversity of this work has led to extensive experience working within extremely tight footprints and congested urban environments. Experience in these environments, coupled with GPS enabled equipment and 3D site modeling capabilities provides our customers with everything needed to tackle even the most complex earthwork projects.
UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION
Over the years West-Tech has diversified it’s capabilities, expanding its services into the construction of underground utilities. Today our crews are well versed in the means and methods required in the construction of multiple utilities including:
- Sanitary Sewer
- Storm Sewer
- Storm Water Treatment
- Water Main
- Dry Utilities
- Pump Stations
We possess the resources and experience to handle even the largest utility projects; whether municipal, private, or industrial. Combining our underground capabilities with our demolition and grading expertise enables us to provide comprehensive infrastructure packages for our clients.
